i read something today,
apparently chilli's give you a better REM deep sleep... i'm going to chilli it up! hot and spicy claire
i find the fluctuation in energy pattern that i go through weird and disturbing
it makes me think that there are factors other than bodily ones that influence me!

yesterday i was fucked, it perpetuated the fact that perhaps itd be better to be a man. without being one tho i can't say it would be. if visuals alone dictated tho i would definitely say men have a sweeter more casual existence. their bodily functions and functionality seem more congenial to the casual, fun loving lifestyle i strive for.

men are never in control... we do what we're told... example:
"oi you! look casual and fun loving! ma sister is gonna be here soon, with her new boyfriend!"
it's all an illusion... trust me...
yeah i suppose i meant they have control in terms of ease of use of the body. the man's body and hormonal flux seem more sturdy and less emotional fluxation (which is the uncontrollable bit).
with the woman things are harder to find (clit), less congenial to on the run spontanity (can't pee anywhere... well can but u know) and generally have a lot more crap to have to deal with ( boob holding and the red monthly release), u have to carry a lot more crap u can't just be free :)
come to think of it... being a guy ain't that bad lol
